The procedure and rules for registration of outdoor advertising

Before initiating the process, you need to make sure that your design type is allowed to be placed. Each city has its own limitations. 1. Application to the Main Architectural Planning Administration (GlavAPU)
2. Preparation of the technical project in triplicate.
3. Coordination in the state unitary enterprise “City advertisement and information” (“GORINFOR”).
4. Submission of documents to the multifunctional center.
5. Obtaining permission to install and operate the claimed design.

The second scenario of the registration of outdoor advertising is used if the placement is planned for an object that is the property of the city of Moscow. It largely repeats the above procedure, however, it will first need to go through a competition for the installation of an external structure, as well as conclude an agreement with the Advertising Committee.
