The outdoor media screen is located at the roundabout of the main thoroughfare of the city, Moscow highway, at a traffic light, at a pedestrian crossing, near the Moskovskaya metro station, on the facade of the Sila Sporta shopping center. In the same building there is an office center, more than 300 different shops and organizations, a cafe, as well as a cinema. At this section of the road there is a huge traffic and passenger traffic. The capacity of this section of the Moscow Highway is more than 26 thousand units of cars one way per day.
